Bug? Not receiving all the Banquet rewards

Does anyone know why I’m not receiving the Banquet Rewards when I’ve achieved the milestones?

i joined my allaince 13 days before banquet . On day of banquet i need 7 hours to eligible for rewards after. So i spend my units thinking that atleast my points will contribute towards rewards and i will get my rewards after 7 hours. But even my points did not contribute and now i left with no rewards. When i already did 26000 something.

Surely you've been playing this game long enough to have experienced minimum contribution milestones before.

They specifically said that you needed to be in your alliance for 14 days in order to contribute. That meant do not spend and do not open until that cooldown had expired if you wanted to be able to contribute and receive rewards.
