My alliance is doing nothing and I am loosing a huge amount of rewards as I am a new player.

nothing, other that trying to encourage the other people in your alliances to start contributing more points.

at least you still get your higher progress toward Solo and Realm versions.

If I change my alliance then can i get my rewards???

You will get nothing if you change alliances.
