Did not receive crystal from Superior Banquet Grace Crystal Bundle

Hi Kabam! I did not receive my 11 superior banquet grace crystals which I purchased through the SUPERIOR BANQUET BUFFET BUNDLE from the Web Store prior to the end of the event. I have sent a ticket regarding this issue (Ticket No. 921417) but no response yet from you. I know that my purchase went through because I got a confirmatory email from XSolla and the milestone reward from the Holiday Valiant track was likewise received.

You don't happen to have two accounts, do you? I had an issue with a deal on the Google Play store, where it sent my rewards to the wrong account. They were pretty quick to fix that for me so I'm not sure why there's a delay for you, but hopefully they do manage to fix it in time (whatever the issue is).

I pinged someone at Kabam to see if someone could escalate this. I don't know what if anything they can do, but hopefully they can do something before banquet ends.
