Miss Debuff Not Preventing Damage – Blue Marvel Still Hitting While Under Miss

Mode: Event Quest
Quest: January 2026 Event Quest – Chapter 3 – Quest 2
Attacker: Kingpin
Defender: Blue Marvel (Final Boss)
Issue Description:
During the fight against Blue Marvel (final boss) in January 2026 Event Quest Chapter 3 Quest 2, the Miss debuff is applied on Blue Marvel, but he is still able to successfully hit the attacker (Kingpin) and deal damage.
According to the standard behavior of the Miss debuff, a champion affected by Miss should fail to make contact, meaning their attacks should not hit or deal damage. However, Blue Marvel continues to land attacks and cause damage while the Miss debuff is visibly active on him.

Correct me if you see that I have failed to understand that mechanic of that specific event quest node properly in a constructive way

Was it a heavy? Blue Marvel’s heavy can’t miss… it’s written in his kit

or when he enters Stable release… then his attacks can’t miss

from your picture, looks like he was in Stable release… and when he is in that phase he can’t miss any attacks. Check his kit and deep dive

He’s in stable release, when this happens none of his attacks can miss
