Didn't receive free key

Good day Kabam team

I still didn't get the free key. It seems the issue is that same day I have used a free key that I won in a giveaway from Bmcg in YouTube.

Code was expired because I was late to claim, and same was re activated and I had successfully claim it.

Considering it's a different code, not the leaked one, is it possible to have a free key as well?

So you won a giveaway failed to claim it in time, had them reactivate it to then go and claim your prize and now you want another free key?

You understand this key given to us in the mail was to the people who DID NOT use a code. You got your free key.

I won the key in a giveaway, I didn't claim a random code. Code was re activated due to me not seeing the winners post in time. Life schedule didn't allow me to check YouTube in the time frame given

But the point is you still claimed a code.. Why would you get another free key even after claiming a giveaway code.

Let me spell it out for you..

Claim Code = No Mail key

No Claim Code = Free mail key.

So, going by your ignorant logic, me winning a giveaway, I should get same keys as you, that you did not.

Within time frame or not, I would of claim a key with a code. I did not claim the code that it was abused by thousands.

What is next, do you want other giveaway winners to get a key champion removed?

You won the giveaway for a key that was MEANT to be limited you got your prize well done.

It is not my fault, it is not your fault it is not the communities fault or the CCP members fault that one of the codes bugged out and could be used by people who were not meant to it was Kabams fault.

No one who won their giveaway should have anything removed. They won fair. If anything those who used the bugged code should have had it removed but Kabam did not decide on said action rather they decided to gift those who did not get to use said bugged code a free key so no one missed out.

In an ideal world ONLY the winners of the giveaway should have been able to get this key but hey ho kabam messed up again and here we are.

This does not entitle you to a second free key when you had already redeem your free one through YOUR winning code.

you won a key so that’s your free key. If you had used the random code after using your code from winning the random code wouldn’t have worked either. Like wise if you won’t a key from two different streamers only one woulda worked.

This reads as you used a free key that you won in a giveaway and proceeded to tell us how you were too late to claim but got it reactivated to successfully claim it.

You should probably try wording things a little better in future. If you did not use any codes and did not get a key then go to support.

just going off what I know, I know people who got key from a streamer then tried the bugged code this weekend and it didn’t work (before Kabam shut the code down)
