When do we know with certainty that this crystal was updated?

this is 5* tech crystal I've been holding for months. I need to know with certainty when it will be updated to contain next month's champs .Thanks!

    There will be a banner on the front page of the game saying new champions have been added to the crsytals. The should happen after the first maintenance of the month.

    But why wait for your 100$ iron patriot when you could claim him now? o:)

    Honestly, you don't. That's the problem with this game. No odds and nothing that indicates anything. It could be they weren't available at all for 30 minutes and only Kabam would know. There have been at least 4 blunders like this in the past.

    exactly why I'm posting this. Not because I'm a tool who doesn't know they claim the banner speaks for it. I'm hopeful that the marquee next to the crystal gets updated. And I hope they will ensure the tech crystal is updated at the same time as the others.

    Still hoping to hear from Kabam here....

    They have openly admitted several times that a champ want in the crystals and it was a mistake. However I truly believe there have been many more times than they have indicated. Like the 5* punisher

    and chance Kabam can describe when a player knows that a crystal such as the 5* tech crystal is updated with new champs?

    It should be after maintenance when they are added to basic. However if i were you I'd wait till at least the next day or two to be sure before opening.
