Ok I read the post about banning players. What about AW pilots?
I read Adora post about banning players and different severity levels of ban for different violations. I get that. You said you take rule violations seriously. What about AW pilots? I haven’t seen any statement on that. Everyone is cheating on top and I’d say 75% are piloted.

Why isn’t account sharing being addressed in AW?
Now that unit frauds and some bots cheats were addressed, why not focus on alliances that Pilot and account share. Most if not all of the top 10 alliance war teams acvountvshare with 3-4 people. It’s dumb and unfair. It’s technically a violation of the TOS and should be addressed.

Anyone enjoying new AW?
I still think Kabam released yet another bugged product and they obviously haven’t address the account sharing and piloting happening in AW. Synergies arent working. And account sharing andn3 pilots for the opponents alliance is making AW a silly puppet show. Terrible job

Suggestion for Kabam on Blade/Stark/Ghost nerf
First of all we all know how good the synergy is when used together. Second we’ve seen Kabam nerf a number of champs because they were being over used and changed the balance of the game. Well we have another situation with these three. My suggestion to Kabam is to nerf the synergy between these 3 sooner rather than later.…

For those of you who are happy about the bans...
You do realize a lot of them were big spenders regardless of what they did So for those of you bragging about how you spend no or little money? Your little marvel game will have little revenue left to keep you happy as they will close up. Watch your income on this game Kabam.

I have a feeling they will blow it again Look how many unresolved bugs there are in the game. Omg I’m so scared. Bet they won’t fix any bugs. All new bugged content

AW pilot alliances and new AW
Kabam for the integrity of the game, can you put in extra measures to prevent pilot alliances in the new war. There are a number of alliances who we know and shall remain named that have 2-3 people pilot their alliances. How do I know? Trust me I know them and you can tell the way they play and single movers.

Kabam can avoid 1/2 these posts if they follow 2 things
1) hire better testers and plan out releases way ahead of time. The fact is that their overall QM practice is lacking. There are so many bugs that are so obvious but still pass QM 2) have focus groups to test and play s champ before released. This is the best way to get feedback on a champ

Kabam please review all Sentry comments
Work with the game team and revise this champion. He can be a lot better than he is now with some buff adjustments.

Why do you keep asking us to open a support ticket when they never respond?
I’ve opened up several support tickets and they have either told me they can’t help, give me a totally wrong answer without understanding the issue or flat out lied. You guys produce a circle of finger pointing that makes a player go in circles

Even kabams in app notification is bugged
I get messages on my phone that I’m maxed in my AQ or AW energy. That would be nice if it were true as I moved over 30m ago. I’ve gotten this constantly. Get something right. Geez

So I followed Kabams process and still got shafted
So I was one of the ones who opened 10 crystals before Kabam realized they put in last years prizes. So I opened a ticket with Kabam and they said they were too busy and would get back to me which it’s been a week and nothing. I proceeded to pm Kabam miike but no response How crappy eh? Follow the process and get shafted…
