Update the damn community Kabam

You guys have clearly changed the Raid ticket situation in game so obviously actively trying something.

It's been 2 hours, it's not hard to put out something to the community about what the f*ck is going on.

Forums are blowing up, line/discord chats are on fire with players being pissed off with what's happened, we have mere hours before thousands of glory goes to sh*t.

Address the f*cking problem Kabam. Seriously for once do your jobs to an adequate level

No wonder so many people are leaving, you literally can't do anything right, nothing but f*ck up after f*ck up, bad decision after bad decision.

You're driving the game into the dirt, I'm in T1 P1/masters ally, top 20 AQ and we're fighting for recruits because you're f*cking useless and everyone's putting them game down.

Absolute sh*t show of a company, this game could have been the best mobile game on the market, you could have made so much f*cking money and you can't be trusted to make a single correct choice.

Honestly, I've had 3 people I've played for years quit over the 6-months and all because of choices Kabam have made. I've spent so much money on this game, played it basically everyday for the last 10-years and that is the only reason I haven't quit yet and I'm literally questioning it daily because of the sh*t show Kabam are throwing at us

And then this **** happens, Kabam can't do anything right, can't even address the community to tell us anything for hours and I wonder why the f*ck i still give them time or money

Friends of mine quit too, my nephew as well, I am trying to convince myself to keep playing, already gone to chill retirement ally.. Game is cooked. The only people still glazing kabam are the addicts that don't want to lose their gambling mobile game. Kabam made 30 million from banquet and decided to do nothing with it. If I am netmarble I would have just shut the game down after that and rug pulled every bozo that spent money.

Mike is working on an announcement/post addressing most of the issues players have brought up regarding the Essentia launch. I believe it does address the glory situation among other things. I've been told to expect this to appear shortly (before the glory clock expires, specifically).

I did not factor in that everyone's reward stash would have a wide range of expirations; honestly I do not know what a player should do if their rewards are expiring now, before Kabam has had a chance to mitigate the issue.

Putting on my pure game player hat and taking off my everything else hat, I would claim the rewards before expiration. Take what you can get, then raise a support ticket to try to claw back the rest if Kabam after the fact releases a mitigation that would have addressed your issue. That's what I would do if I was in that situation. This is a personal recommendation coming from me personally.

I just bought raid tickets with the expiring glory. Hope the at least give a solution to the glory in stash and the one that will come as reward for this week.

When we had issues with the Empowered crystals for EQ, it took them a day and a half to even let us know they were aware there was an issue. Still waiting on that fix.
