Are we ever getting our missing twitch drops

It’s been two weeks now and I still don’t have my 1-2 rank up. Never received it l, even though my twitch drops says I earned it.

I have not gotten it either, mine is missing the 20x sig stones, filed a support ticket and they said they are looking into it.

Fr I was quite disappointed because I really needed them…
