I’m reaching out because I’ve run into a serious issue with my account and I’m hoping this can be resolved quickly.
After multiple attempts to reset my password (since I was unable to access my account to even submit a support ticket), my account now appears to be banned. I was only trying to regain access so I could report another issue—being charged for two Sigil memberships, one through the webstore and one through my Apple account.
To be clear:
• I have never shared my account with anyone
• I only play on two personal devices (my phones), switching only when one dies—no different than using a phone and tablet
• I was simply attempting to reset my password and access my account properly
My account is over 14 million rating, and I’ve invested tens of thousands of dollars into this game. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering I was trying to resolve a billing issue in the first place.
This ban appears to be a mistake, and I need this looked into and fixed immediately.
