Will we ever see a 7* Archangel?

Just wondering. Why not bring him in as a new limited character chase. Something. It’s time before he’s not relevant anymore.

AA will always be relevant unless kabam makes every single champ going forward both bleed and poison immune.

all champions are perfectly viable for the modern game I don’t know why they don’t release them, I dont think AA, cgr, Kate,Hercules breaks the game, we have more broken champions today and quest are not meta content, the most valuable champions are the ones that you could use in competitive and for competitive we have a lo of strong chmampions, AA Is really cool but he’s no so op he’s not strong vs a lot of the new meta defenders I think is fair and balanced releasing this ripe of champions

They haven't released AA or CGR because they are and always will be some of the best champs in the game despite being older champs. People want them really badly so I assume they are saving them for pay wall events like Heart of Fire if they choose to do it again in May, or possibly at the end of the year for Banquet

Super unlikely , this new saga been super focus at ascension (saga chase champ been 7 America Chavez ) . The most likely is that in the new heart of fire will have exclusive ascension champs like domino, shatrha, Galan ,etc.

my guess is AA, CGR, Ghost, Doom, and maybe even Kate will be box champs later this year. Probably a rework for science. They’ve gate kept these champs beyond long enough at this point.

if the chase is ascended champs no reason to not release them. They are honestly running out of people to re-release. A hearts of fire box with ascended champs isn’t fun of exciting to upgrade someone you already have. This whole chase for Chavez is really lame. You need to spend close to $800 in web store just to get a few stat points? Who really cares. As I’m sure Kabam noticed I stopped (as have many others) buying the daily and weekly deals. The Chavez addon isn’t worth the spend. The only way to get me to spend that money again is with t5s…. I’m sure Kabam has seen a huge dip there. Chavez isn’t going to cut it.

Broken doesnt mean good, it means legitimately breaks the game. Hercules would only not be as insane now because they had to change the entire game to fit in a world where he exists. Quake is another who is just ignores the way the game should be played and at a 7 star level would be insane

One of my absolute favorite champs, really hope they release him this year. Agree with the one who said he’ll always be relevant as long as there are champs susceptible to bleed and poison - he was one of the best options for Bullseye in early BGs.

Also saw someone on a stream guess that he’s the Tech Stellar Forged champ…just imagine, he inflicts Shock and Incinerate to combine into a potent passive Plasma that also does something to power control the defender. Neuroshock immunity as well? I’d be in heaven.

Kabam seems to have an issue with releasing some old champions with a very potent ability to reduce their opponent's ability accuracy, and Archangel falls into that category of champs (similar to Red Mags). I don't think it's impossible that we see those champs in the future - it's not like we don't have other champs with very potent AAR in today's meta - but I'm also not exactly holding my breath.

I don't think Archangel is broken to the extent that champions like Quake and Herc are, though. However, I would be very curious how well he'd perform with stat focuses and relics that boosted his crit chance. I have a feeling that he could perform significantly better as a 7* than he ever did as a 6*. That makes me excited about the idea of a 7* Archangel, but also makes me understand why Kabam might be a bit hesitant about releasing him (or are at least consciously holding him back for a special occasion).

I think we all know why act 9.4.6 dark phoneix has a bleed immunity node active to stop archangel considering you can only use villian to gain power but archangel is so broken he can take the fight even without using any special attack as he is one of the best dark phoneix counter who is locked as 6 star yet
