This guy with level 49 and only few good champ which are also not so powerful, he still cleared necro, abyss, and I guess many more is this guy legit or using mod??

Its not allowed to post other Summoners account in the forum with little or no evidence to back your claim. Even if u had evidence post someone's account is against the forum rules...
