Am I the only who had the monthly eq disappear?

I was waiting to become elder to do the monthly eq to have better rewards, but after getting the title the quest disappeared. Am I the only one who has this problem? Did they say you were supposed to the monthy eq before becoming elder?

I just noticed I lost all my 4 hours and 24 hours crystals. Kabam can this be fixed?

(1) did you close / reopen game after advancing to Elder ?
Don't remember how it works, rewards wise, whether the available rewards are first “locked in” to your progression at the time you FIRST start to do monthly EQ ? So could be why, initial set of rewards would change over to new higher set (if you hadn’t run any yet), but maybe requires restart.
Or at the time of new monthly begins for everyone.

(2) Do you mean all the SAVED UP “4-Hour Free” and “Daily” crystals, of various progressions, from way back before the switch to Daily Super Event ?
Just checked mine, and I still have all 7500-ish “4-Hour Free” and Daily, across multiple progressions from back then.

Same thing happened to me; missing EQ and all my daily and 4- hour valiant crystals are gone

Update: It's okay everything came back. Getting elder must have not been the smoothest transition for my account but the quest and my crystals are back.
