Black screen background bug

As I opened the game today, I was dumbfounded by an apparent glich. The whole of the background game (in quests, champions menu, crystal vault, etc) was totally blacked out. Looking it up on the forums, I saw multiple people bringing this up over the last few days. To my knowledge, most of the users claim to be using a moto g54, which I also use. This phone may not be top notch, but it's certainly great and capable at running the game. A few Samsung users also brought this to notice. Regarding the magnitude of this bug, making it literally impossible to play, we have seen zero concerns from Kabam issuing a hot fix (especially in a time where content is out and time is limited for certain resources). I really hope we see some recognition soon because it's honestly really frustrating. It may not affect everyone, but even if one summoner is troubled, it should be Kabams responsibility to adapt and fix. Reporting similar issue would be great. Thank you for your time summoners

Me too Galaxy S26, raise ticket on wendesday just had a email saying soon they going to close my ticket no resolved!!

KABAM DONT GIVE A **** the just want as to pay ,probably I should mention on my first ticket I will pay them extra to resolve this issue.

I'm in the same situation. I've tried everything: uninstalling, clearing the cache, force stopping, reinstalling, restarting my phone, restarting my modem, and nothing seems to work. I would expect substantial compensation since I've lost progress in quests and wars, the daily super event, and daily missions. Energy consumption in the coliseum is also a problem; it's literally unplayable. I was thinking of buying the platinum pass, but with these bugs, it's unlikely I will. I also have a Moto G54.

if you’ve already seen the issue in posts here in Forum already, then you may have seen what is the larger of those threads continuing to be updated.

And as of today, Kabam Rex has chimed in, acknowledging it, and as a device specific issue, that they are trying to resolve.

Updating that main thread with other info, and where replies will be, should be where you can follow it at.
