For those who saw my last posts the numbers in the spotlight were indeed incorrect and fixed in the game. I tested him as a 6*R5A with a Rank 2 ghost rider relic with the vicious rune, the direct damage rune, and the power gain rune. I will say however, that I think Ghost Rider should be added to the list of champs that get the bonus effects of the Ghost Rider relic. Also keep in mind that neither of these champs are villains.

I also tested the healing. Against WS I'd heal about 3-4% per Sp2 and 5-6% with all the duration of the genesis passive. Against Cap Marvel I'd heal around 4-5% per Sp2 and around 7% for the entire genesis passive. Keep in mind that this healing is slightly more than tripled against villains. Another thing is that as you cycle penance stares I found that I basically reach the next genesis passive as the earlier one expires so you can have pretty much full uptime on the healing. Obviously it's not his old healing which could heal him from 0 to full, but it's honestly more than I initially thought and really isn't bad at all against villains.
