I aaked this exact question on another post. What rotation are you using for Sinister. His normal degen rotation is a little slow for me.

Well, I jumped in without reading the nodes, but after about a minute thirty, I discovered that I was gaining furies every time she took a degen. So then, I would build to sp1, fire the special, pause heavy (if could get to tosp2, I would just block it to get her bleeds). I'd also let her just hit me at times when I was holding my heavies to build power as I'd Regen it back.

What level is your Thanos? I got 66 bars with my r3 unboosted Medusa on my first run. Let's see how how you get Thanos please.

Thanks, i think that is the difference. I forgot she hits bleeds through block so i can ramp up the degen damage. I have been 100% dexing everything
