I think SHANG CHI IS BUGGED against bullseye

When I use the medium medium combo and that puts a slow on bullseye I try and hit him while the evade is there and I get evaded. If this isn’t a put bug pls someone explain to me why this is happening. Thank you in advance also I have a screenshot below

Bullseye's evade ability is inmune to AAR, slow decreases evade AA by x%, so you don't use champs with slow or AAR against him.

Bullseye's evade (Killer Instinct) is not affected by ability accuracy reduction. Slow reduces evade and unstoppable's ability accuracy. So, slow doesn't work on Bullseye.

slow reduces ability accuracy of evade, bullseyes evade ability accuracy can’t be lowered. It’s not a bug it’s working correctly.
