Hello dear community, after watching the live stream on wed 10th , I notice the date of summer sales , I just would like from you to notice that there is a lot of people especially in Europe ( for me France) that we get monthly paid around the 5 th of each month , and it will be hard for a lot of people in this case to spend for this summer sale
Do you have any plans may be to extend this summer sales one more week ?? It’s just a question

this is a very rude answer, there is thousands of people in this case that they will get paid on 6th or 7th of July , and waiting for your salary to spend in a game you really enjoy I do not see any matter , people spend the way they like ,

Its quite simple OP gets paid on 5th, 6th or 7th of the month, today is the 10th...OP got paid 3-5 days ago... If you make enough money you surely can save until next month...

Not a rude answer, it is actually a very helpful and basic economic principle. For non essential goods (mcoc deals), you should never purchase them if you need to wait for your next paycheck to afford them. These offers have 0 value, they are all just digital pixels. Imagine you spend $300 of your paycheck on mcoc sales and then the next day you have an emergency that you can't afford to pay because you spent $300 to buy useless crystals and champs.

What you should do instead is save a little money every month and build a "sales fund" so that when a major sale comes, you won't need to wait until your paycheck hits to afford it.

The even better option would be to just not spend hundreds on a gacha game where resources lose value within months, but I know people love spending money regardless, so follow my previous "suggestion".

okay , first it was just a question with this information , you are talking about priorities, let me tell you, after all bills paid I promise that a lot of people including me having hard end of month , and if we still want to spend money in the game this this our own decision , nobody has the right to tell us spend or not , according to that if

you extend this sales one more week you will notice that a lot of people will spend as much as they can if they love the game , this is my case

I can't speak for Kabam in any officially, but if the sales designers were of a mind to respond, which in general they don't to these kinds of requests, I believe they would say it is not their goal to specifically target the sales towards people who have no money to spend on the sales until their next payday.

What you choose to spend your money on is your business, as is everyone else who spends on the game. But contrary to popular belief, the monetization people aren't actually looking to maximize revenue in that particular way. I doubt if Kabam would shift their scheduling to accommodate this particular issue.

Now, the fact that Kabam reneged on their daylight savings timing and switched AQ back to Spring timing is a scheduling crime against humanity that should be reversed. However, I have so far been unable to make any headway on that one.

You are correct, no one here knows anyone's situation, but that doesn't mean sound financial advice can't be given. If you cannot afford the sales during their period, then you simply cannot afford the sales. It doesn't matter how your pay cycle works. If you've been under hard times financially for months now, then it is even more reason not to spend, but instead to focus on getting yourself out of that position. Sure, there is nothing wrong with enjoying a hobby, but you need to be able to actually afford that hobby. Spending money on the dopamine hit that is retail therapy just to give you a little boost in a hard season is rarely a wise thing to do. Focus on getting out of the season and then enjoy the fruits of your labor.

iam not the only one in this case , and it will be very helpful if in case they extend the summer sales like they used to in the past may be , or not , but it could be a clever way when you launch a product to make money knowing that around the world there is some , a lot of , people being paid after the date you set , it was just a question , a request may be , or an information interesting to know

IAM not talking just for myself , but for many that could miss this event because the date setting, never mind we will have other events that we can enjoy to spend

They had the same sales during the same period of time for almost 12 years, you did not discover anything. The only thing you discovered is that you won't be able to buy deals until you get paid.

These sales used to be over a weekend. Now they're one week or more. That's quite enough. If you can't scrape together what sounds like a poor decision in the time allotted, then tough. That's how life goes sometimes.

People called them 4th of July sales for 12 years, they renamed them to summer sales when they extended it to a full week., we still call the sale Cyber Monday even if it lasts a week... So it has been the same period give or take 1 or 2 days

IAM on a bed at hospital, after a motorbike crash , and this game (Mcoc) became my main and favorite pastime,(very helpful mentally) , watching TV , and reading books also

Medical bills are expensive and you will probably need physical therapy after it. Motorcycle will probably need repairs, you missed a few days of work and all you can think about is about mobile game sales a month from now; but hey priorities!!

TThat You definitely have bigger things to worry about. Medical bills, repairs to your bike, healing etc. Whatever you have saved up, probably better spent elsewhere instead of a mobile video game.
