like the whole community has been saying this repeatedly that we don't want grindy game modes, idk what about this simple sentence is so hard to understand.
given the kind of game this is it really is hard to play it for more than an hour because it starts to feel the same tbh.

I don’t mind it just wish the block rewards were more accurate to level of difficulty.

Where I will not take anything from Kabam is on this take. They said it would be a grind early (it's a senseless grind because we're literally wading through wastewater), but it ultimately won't be because we will hit a point where we only play here and there.

The entire mode is still a failed launch, but the grind is, to an extent, fairly optional and self-imposed. The problem is that the potential grind isn't worth it.

I want grindy don't use the word community if it is what you want , that's something to keep playing until you reach a limit and then you have to rank several champions before you can play more , and you can grind to the cap in one day if you want , and using the same champions several times the way we do in towers is the best training possible since you have to use champs you don't use often .

Well, you make a permanent content that s grindy as hell for one month, and you only play once after 2-3 months after this, that s an F in my book.

(Reasonable) People expected two things: A nice amount of radiance every month (not happening if your roster strengh is mid, you can possibly get the same amount with BGs early GC for 11% at the least) and a decent gameplay time each month, that s not too grindy. The way the game mode is set, there will be months that you cannot play at all, an account does not progress drastically over 30 days, we ll be stuck at our max level for ages.

In this case, when you're at your max, you'll be earning Radiance to progress your account without needing to do anything

I understand what you mean. Ranking up 1 champ won't really change anything unless you have enough to clear the whole block. I guess people expected a full new game mode that can be played daily and this is not it. Once you cap you just gotta strengthen your roster enough to clear a whole floor and it could mean weeks until you move up.

The purpose of Towers in almost every game it's featured in is to push as high as you are currently able to based on your account's current power level.

Can you push in Story content once you have completed all the story?

It’s a great game mode with a lot of potential and good rewards, it’s also very convenient and much easier to have the saga showcase and whatever challenges based in the tower. The only major problem is the keys are not replenishing properly.

My big problem is the Saga connection. Not just with towers, everywhere in game. Most sagas I have few of the champs, making most saga-related content a difficult slog or impossible.

To me, the value of the rewards simply aren't worth the grind effort and time that it takes. Simple.

I’m genuinely baffled by all the rewards aren’t worth the effort comments. A few weeks of grind followed by perpetual radiance payoff with minimal effort other than maybe 30 mins a week max to maintain ranking. It just seems a very short-term focussed view.

The flip side of that is I’m currently sitting several thousand places higher than my roster and skill level warrant. So yes it’s a terrible game mode, not worth the effort and you shouldn’t do it.
