Please let me know i think he is but he is not gonna hit hard because of his sig ability no fury he gonna hit like a wet noddle ???

    Yes he is. Very nice for power control has a decent bleed regen is a bonus. His fate seal stops power gain and unstoppable charges. His special 3 is a power lock plus buff lock. Very good champ

    I would, even without that burst damage he's till good, and hey, i just ranked up 4 star vision to rank 5 instead of ranking up 5 star starboard cause he wasn't duped...and i just duped him yesterday so you never know
