I've only opened 2* from those. I might have opened 10 over the past year but I use my units elsewhere

its really potluck mate. I got 5 of them winged crystals cos had units to spend and got a 3* ultron and 4* capt america. and three 2*s.....

sometimes u win, sometimes u dont..

mind you, ive had my fair share of dissapointments. but just saying sometimes you can get lucky randomly.
been playing over 2 years and no real money spent. just been hard at arenas and a decent alliance that hits milestones and get rewards AQ. AW.

the occsional 4* pull from phc every few weeks if you know..

I'm sorry to hear you didn't have luck on your side to receive the hero you were looking for! The game does not take into account your current roster, and the items you may receive are random with guarantees of at least a 2* hero. I hope you have better luck next time!
