    Folks are right with the list above!! :)

    Just to add, Howard the Duck can also regen, but i think his regen depends on luck (between SELF REPAIR vs THUNDERQUACK), and is NOT reliable :)

    Ultron will be your most reliable TECH regen champ, beside his double immunity, evade and stun capabilities, as well as energy absorbtion, you won't go wrong with Ultron (unless you are saving your resources for Starky or SL)

    @Greenstroke, haha, yes you are right :):) after his "crash-like-a-truck" L3
    Personally I think Ducky is an OKAY champ, hehe, I actually do enjoy using him regularly in ARENA grinding, as long as I ignore his "sound effect", lol
