my 4* Blade disappeared after gifting event ended

During the gifting event, I was lucky enough to acquire a 4 star Blade from the Unforgettable crystal. I ranked him up to rank 3, and everything was good, but right when the gifting event ended, my Blade disappeared. Did this happen to anyone else? My Username is Lex-Luger21, and my top champ is Hyperion. If anyone form Kabam see's this, please tell me what happened, and contact me to see how you can help me.

    They don't need to, the answer is right there!!!

    even if they did reply, you want them to reply within 1 minute of them being called on

    Hey there @Lex_Luger21. The previous comments are correct; you'll want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can review your account. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the Gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
