The 4 * drop rate fro PHC are low!!
Your champ is already chosen when you "spin" or click "open"....the spinning animation does nothing!! Theres no trick on how to open these crystals to get a better drop rates!!
Stop watching the crystals spin, it will disappoint you most of the time!!
