Conversion Badge

Recently purchased the Tony Stark brief case in Unit store. I thought it came with a permanent gifting and conversion badge. I see the gifting badge but not the conversion badge. Am I mistaken or just do not know where it is or how to use it?

Conversion badge is just for alliance treasury. Units to gold/bc/loyalty

Conversion/girting badge are the same!!
The conversion badge can only be used in treasury!!
