Any friends that play the game?

What was your previous alliance (if ever)?

Build connections by joining an already made alliance. Find one that's a good fit for your progress and future plans to progress. Make friends, make connections, and if you have a shared goal create your own alliance. But don't screw people over that have helped you get there, but don't let them hinder you either.

@R3ady_set_game it's really hard to start an alliance with just one person. No one wants to join and miss out on alliance rewards waiting around for it to fill up. You will also halt your progress somewhat trying to build. My advice is to join an existing alliance until you get where you want to be in the game and then if you still want to start an alliance try to have a solid core of players before you start it. If you are dead set on it advertise on the forum recruitment page, go on global, reddit, etc., and be willing to take on lower players at first.

How long you have have been waiting, starting an alliance is simple, maintaining and keep the growth up .... it’s hard but achievable. If you just started playing for few months and decided to have your own alliance, without having backup , it’s too early to have your own alliance. I would say ,stay in an active alliance make few friends who really wants to grow with you and are active. Start with those first , then actively involve in recruiting, set the guidelines and goals for your alliance. Post your recruitment post in forums. Eventually you will get responses but don’t expect that you will have a house full just like that.

Have patience and things will fall in place but only when you will put your efforts. Best of luck.

Keep it set to open. Advertise on global chat, the recruitment page on this forum, and on the CHQ app.

if you feel its too much work my alliance is for new players and semi retired players who refuse to spend anymore and just want to play for fun and not worry about donations.

Let me know if you are interested in a merge. We have the same thing going right now, 10-15 semi-retired players, mixed with noobs. It would be great to have a solid 25-30 semi-retired highly skilled and high rated players. We could just skate thru 2 BG's.

The best is when you get looky-loos joining and then leaving, or guys joining and going inactive, or joining and not doing anything you tell them to. Or guys buying illicit units and getting banned en masse, forcing you to scramble to replace them while the internet laughs at you and makes ©0®€ jokes. Good luck, though.

It takes some work. I've started a couple. You can post in the Recruitment Section here, you can search other Alliance Groups on places like Line, you could advertise in Global (although that's alot of nonsense generally), or you could do what I did starting out. Open the Ally and wait for Players to find you, then weed out the ones that don't fit. Don't give up, just keep at it. You'll learn as you go. Good luck!
