Weird green hue's GR

Can anyone explain this to me? There is a green hue around my GR, and this appeared suddenly.

I have not used arena boosts since I dropped GR a few days ago, and now this? No boosts are active and nothing else, except ranking and leveling has been done on GR?

Any ideas?

Did you rank him up while he was still in the quest?

If so yes it's common for this to happen
