What is the current time limit for the Legend title, and is it on fastest completion or exploration ? Hall of Legends doesn't really state the fastest time, which would've helped, and seeing there's only 3 events left this year, I'd like a stab at the title before it's taken away .

Weird green hue's GR
Can anyone explain this to me? There is a green hue around my GR, and this appeared suddenly. I have not used arena boosts since I dropped GR a few days ago, and now this? No boosts are active and nothing else, except ranking and leveling has been done on GR? Any ideas?
