War map reverted to pre-Season 3

Our alliance just started a war, and the map reverted to pre-Season 3, the regular old map.

Is this a bug, or by design?

It’s intended. Tier thing

Was there a change to your war rating? You could have climbed a tier, but then got docked for piloting. That removes 300 points and you could have dropped a tier from it

Tiers 1-12 and 13-22 have different maps. So if you go from 13->12 or 12->13 they will change. They simply added easier maps for the lower tiers.
