Well you may say i didn't participate 5 alliance war but i have participate in 8 alliance war but i didnt get my season reward so please check and help me

    did you do all 8 wars with the same alliance? has to be the same alliance..if you did then send a support ticket, mods can't help in forums..if you have screenshots of your aw activity send that in with your support ticket

    Then submit a help ticket. I do not think the mods will be able to help you with this issue.

    Mods meaning moderator like the people who moderate the forums.

    Hi Haridestroy!

    In order to receive rewards, you must have participated in at least 5 wars with the Alliance and you must remain in the Alliance until the rewards are distributed. If you leave and rejoin your Alliance, the counter resets.

    If you are certain that you meet these eligibility requirements, please reach out to our Support team for assistance so that they can investigate the issue for you. You can reach them by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support."
