Banned by a phone

I got banned by this device that's called a coolpad but a friend gave it to me and I accept it I was happy until I got ban I work so very hard I even spent money on marvel but I still got the phone but no use to get on it if I get ban again but do I get a second chance or no

    Sounds like 3rd party software but i could be wrong not sure what Coolpad is u r probably permanently banned which means no second chances
