Inability to evade

Today while fighting a cable mini boss I found out you can no longer evade the end portion of his sp1 i remember older updates where you could evade it, did this change or does this have to do with lag or glitch?

lol i still can evade his whole sp1 its like evading OG Punisher's Sp1

and 2 evade that its like Bishop's Sp1 . Just practise and you will get used to it

Kabam have denied any intentional changes but are investigating.
