Players cheating?

Today I got a mail saying my alliance war rank would be lowered due to a member breaking the terms of the game.
However, it didn’t say what member or how they broke it. How do we know any form of cheating actually went on and how can I rectify it as alliance leader if I don’t even know The Who, what, where, how and why?

    Now that it's an actually issue in reality I'm sure we will see a lot more threads on the subject. It's just bad policy to penalize a competitive team without allowing them to have a way to correct the issue.

    Yeah I was quite surprised. I suspect one of our new members of modding. I’d like to kick them right away but I have no proof so that might not be fair.
    At this point I don’t know if they picked up some cheating or if the other alliance complained. If it’s the latter there is no burden of proof.
    I know this isn’t the real world but imagine a system where the police come and arrest you without saying why or showing any evidence. Sounds like north Korea lol

    Agreed. We are expected to police our alliance members for them. But we don’t have any proof or evidence that they actually did anything wrong. Someone may end up being kicked that didn’t even do anything.

    In all honesty, if they will not let the alliance leader know -who- then their policy is just a way to artifically penalize 29 other people for absolutely no reason, unfairly, and regardless of what it says in their terms of service they in their own way break their own ToS by doing this. As they are wrongfully punishing other people just to punish them. Without any information, Kabam breaks their own rules as well. In this example you are correct, accusations with no proof. Regardless of policy standards kabam violates the entire alliance by actively and intentionally hindering the ones not cheating.

    Agreed completely. We didn’t even win the war he competed in.
    If we win, fine take away our points and give it to the other team. But then tell us why so one member can be punished and not all 29.

    Dears, good morning.
    Fact occurred in our alliance, we were downgraded on behalf of a member, being expelled. But we would like help to identify and punish members who use hack, as we can not be penalized for one. I would like a position from Kabam on that.

    Porém ainda sem posicionamento da Kabam, enquanto isso 29 sendo punidos, por conta de um. Fica complicado!!!
    E acaba desanimando jogar, e ainda a Kabam perde sua credibilidade.
