Quake questions

I am confused i have not had this issue before i was fighting aq (expert tier map 4) first mini boss (mordo) with my quake and got her afterahock up to 15 but when it expired it didnt stun nor do any damage and he came in and 3 hit me (r 5/50 4* sig 51)

Didnt see any dif nodes than was on the last few days am i missing something

It says STUN DURATION and ACCURACY go up by 10% not the chance.

Also Mordo has ability accuracy resistance so he probably wasn't effected at all.

Unless it states it directly, i wouldn't count on it.

Accuracy is the same thing as chance
Ability accuracy reduction is chance reduction basically
If I reduce ability accuracy then I reduce the chance, so technically if I increase ability accuracy I should increase my chances.
