Despair is broken. Screen shots included. [Under Investigation]

I have used many champs that stack multiple debuffs, I also run max resonate which provides an extra debuff most of the time, and despair is simply not working. I have despair maxed so at 7 debuffs/stacks there should be NO healing at all, even at 5 stacks it should be drastically reduced, yet it isn't.
These are duels, because arena is much harder to stack a lot of debuffs before killing the opponent. That being said it's not working in arena either, cannot confirm AQ yet.










-No connectivity issues, Wi-Fi
-Exclusively Wi-Fi, no switching between data and Wi-Fi
-Many champs that stack debuffs with max despair
-Fighting against - Iron Man, Superior Iron Man, any opponent in arena with will power
-No my opponent was not at full health at the end of the fight
-iPhone 6s Plus version 10.3.2
-MCOC version 13.1.1

I have to agree with you 100% as I have them both maxed out as well, and I am having the same results

Put in inequity to this mix as well. Post 13, DS with 3 weakness buffs and maxed despair during armor phase was still taking massive block damage. 200-500. Obviously broken as ....
