Am referring to th 6* featured crystal issue last week. How was your experience in getting it resolved?

They gave me a respin but I got the same champ as before. I guess he was my destiny....

I’m not sure how to feel, they closed my ticket without ever acknowledging that I had an issue at all. I have a full video of what happened but they never even asked anything. I have resubmitted a ticket and hopefully they at least acknowledge that I exist this time.

I opened a basic crystal and didn’t get the champ I wanted. I’m waiting for my 2nd try like everyone else. Only seems fair.

I got shafted and they closed my ticket. Great service, I'm going to raise a grievence with Apple just to satisfy that I did everything I could to complain about this screw up.
