Nox. My phone is broken.

Let me explain. My phone is broken. The one to play MCOC at least. I can't get it to work on my iPhone 4s. It just crashes on start up. So, I have this semi beefy laptop. A while back because I couldn't play Injustice 2 on either of my phones, I turned to Bluestacks. I couldn't get it to run so I tried Nox. It takes 15 minutes to load a fight, 15 minutes to exit the fight, basically around 15 minutes for every loading screen.
I then wanted to try out Future Fight because the same issue as Injustice 2. Takes about 3-5 minutes per loading screen. About the same amount of time as MCOC on my now broken Android. FFBE takes around the same about of time aswell on Nox.
So, if I played MCOC on Nox until I buy a new phone on the first, will I get banned?
I'm in a beefy alliance of some nice folk. I'd hate to be kicked because I can't be active. Even all the times I "bashed" this game(I'm SKK65), I still enjoy it. I had fun playing it. There is no other way I can play this game until the day I buy a new phone and I was hyped for the new event, too.

Dude get a new phone and then start playing again. You’re making this more complicated than it needs to be. What you say may be correct, but then everyone will have some extenuating situation which should be allowed. Got a phone to play on? Great. Don’t have one currently? Think you’re out of luck.
