I have been banned for a second time! I already completed the time of the first ban!

I am writing you in order to know why you banned me for a second time ( a month to be specific). The first time I was banned for a week because I used a hack, but from that moment I decided to play with no hacks or any other sort of cheating program. Now I want to play and it says that I have been banned for almost 30 days. It seems unfair and I want an explanation. I know I made something wrong at first, but I think I already complied with your sanction.
