Account Banned for 768 hours is unfair

I am writing you in order to know why you banned me for a first time ( a month to be specific). This is first time I was banned for a week but second day you banned me 768 hours why because I used a hack, but I told you and gave screen short that some one already login with my ID from that moment I decided to complation you but I am complation . Now I want to play and it says that I have been banned for almost 30 days. It seems unfair and I want an explanation. I know I made something wrong at first I have complation you , but I think I already complied with your sanction. I Attached screen short plz watch jppfodxqhw99.png

    Kabam does not discuss account bans on the forums because it violates their TOS (Terms of Service). You will have to send in a ticket.

    Hey kjhoom,

    I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your account being banned. However, the forums is not the place to discuss any actions taken on individual accounts, including in-game bans. Please open a support ticket for personal issues. I am going to close this post because this breaks rule 12 of the forum rules, which states:

    12- You may not publicly discuss any actions taken on your in game or forum accounts by moderators or the support team. This includes banning, closing of threads, infractions, temporary bans, etc. This also includes the public posting of any private correspondence with the Moderators, or support team.
