Why did I get banned?

Hi, could anyone help me here, I recently got banned from the game and before that I found that many of my 4* had been deleated, is there anyway of me knowing if I've been hacked? Cos I can't even access my account cos I'm banned and for what reason cos idek? Can anyone help
