Been over 7 months since last "Known Issues" page update, why direct us there and close thread?

Most of these issues are new from what I can tell. Yet the Kabam Mod (might be a bot account) is closing the threads and saying to check the known issues page when it has not even been updated in months! Same copy/paste response and not very helpful!
The thread should be kept open/merged with other threads so that people with the same issue can report it.
Please consider updaing your known issues page. There have been several great suggestions to also have a "status" page so we can see a live-up-to-date status of any bug or server status.
I understand you want people to use the template but you can at least give them a chance to response with all the information you need to fix the issue instead of closing the thread... it just makes the user less inclinded to report it.
Also some companies use trello.com to have the community report bugs and gauge the severity of the bug/issues.
