Progress on 19.0/19.1 overheating issue and compensation?

Just wondering if maybe a mod could pop in and confirm whether this has been resolved to kabams satisfaction and if so, are talks for compensation for last month’s mess underway?

They've perfect the art of fobbing us off. Won't reply to threads saying overheating is still an issue, but at the same time saying they say they won't pay out until the issue are sorted. If you don't acknowledge or address it then it never gets resolved.

We are still taking the data from the performance report threads and using it to help in the investigation around performance issues like crashing and lag. We are also discussing compensation and will be sure to update everyone when we have some concrete details to share.
