Medusa worth a basic gem?

I’m very close to 100% exploring act 5.1 and I’m thinking of using the basic 4* awakening gem on my Medusa. She’s currently at rank 4 and I’m only waiting on T4 basics to take her to rank 5. Was wondering what anyone else thinks, should I awaken her?

Other options I have are:
Dr Voodoo (don’t have many mystic sig stones)
Magik
Stark Spidey

Unless you just need an AW defender, then my vote would be for Dr. Voodoo 100%. As long as you can do simple math, then Dr. Voodoo awesome.

Medusa doesn’t technically need to be awakened to be great. Although those fury’s are very helpful in damage output.
Magik really only needs to be awakened for defence.
Starky doesn’t need to be awaken either to be great. Although more crits = more damage & taunt lasts longer.
Doctor Voodoo still works unduped but not nearly as good. Even sig 1 he’s better off then sig zero 😂.

So imo go Mr Voodoo

Medusa is worth it, awesome for attack and defense

Thanks for all the advice everyone! I ended up going with Medusa since I’ll be able to use her on both defence and offence, loving the extra damage already.
