He’s perfectly servicable...that’s it though

I think he's absolutely awesome. Not the best for every occasion, but he's "out of the box" fantastic and doesn't require time to learn properly. I don't know that their is a single best champ in the game for everything, though

He’s god tier for a number of reasons. He is the only triple immune character(at least for bleed poison and incinerate) and is the perfect character for fighting any evade champion. He’s also one of the top Hyperion counters because of his ice armor. His ice armor also allows you to be extremely agressive and push enemies to SP3 without having a big consequence. His damage is actually pretty good considering all his utilities and you can sometimes stack 8-10 Frostbite charges at once.

My completely bias opinion because he one of my 5/65s is that he’s the safest option going into a fight blind (war) a few nodes you won’t because of cornered but otherwise he’s such a safe bet and obviously the ice armour is ridiculous for war.
