I got banned for using my other account

Today I got banned from the game just because I was logging in to my other account in the game , i only have 2 accounts , and they are both mine . I need to know why I got banned

But i didn’t do anything bad , I’ve never hacked , I’ve never used anybody else’s account , i only use my 2 accounts and that’s it

Because it happened when I was logging into my second account , I had already logged into it and then it said that I’ve been banned for “service violation”

Switched around on multiple accounts that are all mine today. Not a single issue...
Log a ticket, ask clarification. Don't know what else to say that isn't stating the obvious question whether you did something against the ToS..

I've had zero issues with my two accounts and I occasionally log into both accounts on a single device when I don't have my other one with me and I've had zero issues with them.

If you bought an account, if someone gave you an account, or if you're letting someone else use it or are using a thrid party app or hacking or modding them game then you will get punnish in some form.

I doubt it was for just using a 2nd account because they already said it was fine and that they don't care about it as long as it's your accounts as long as you're the one who created them as long as you're the sole user of it.
