Act 4

So, if I can rank up a team of 4 Star champions to rank 4 - will I be able to beat Act 4 without using a whole bunch of revives? What about Road to the Labrynth?

Depends what 4*s. A team of maxed out trash 4*s should get you near the end, but not all the way through. God tiers, on the other hand, will carry you through the entire thing and then some.

Act 4 can be done with any manner of champs, RttL, go and see how far you get. The rewards aren't worth using all your resources on and in the end, it would only mean you open up LoL where you don't want your 4/40 to even go near.
Act 4 rewards are good though. And those 4/40 will carry you through the first bit of act 5 as well if you want to.

You can clear act 4 with a good set of 4/40 champs. Pretty much everything except the maestro quest and maybe the one that has starburst is just a roll through. And maybe that maneto might be a pain without a nullify champ.
