What is PI and how does it work?

So I have a basic understanding of prestige but why do Champions with lower health and attack have higher PI than champions who have more in those areas? What am I missing?

Every champ has a base PI, health, and attack that the Kabam developers set when they release the champ. It varies for each champ so health and attack are not directly correlated with PI. Thor Ragnarok for example, has very high prestige, very high health, but very low base attack. It all just depends on the champ. There are charts online and a prestige list to help you see.
