Mystic Dispersion Issue

I left the game few weeks ago and uninstall it from my phone. Today i have installed it again and found that my mystic Dispersion mastery which was at level 4 had been reset. So, kabam please tell me who is gonna pay for those units and items that i have to spend to unlock my mystic Dispersion mastery.
