Corvus and cold snap

Why is my Corvus Glaive dying by cold snap all of a sudden?

I just cost my alliance a kill and myself 300 units because of this bug. Am I missing something?

The fight had just started and my glaive charges were well in tact.

Provide a video or screenshots so we can judge what happened. Which node you were playing ?

Try also dueling an iceman and see if this happens again

There was an iceman mini here

No issue with the duel. Is it this node in war that bypasses, or was it a glitch?

you will still see the cold snap symbol but doesn't take cold snap damage as long as you have charges.
i think the 47 damage tick is your LC

No issue with the duel. That damage is the poison.

My issue is that cold snap ignores corvus’ immunity on the mini boss node when I brought him in specifically for that node

It shouldn’t? Unless you ran out of glaive charges that quickly....which I find impossible, that is unfortunate

Must have something to do with "abilities at the start of the fight"

@Superrosie how much health did you start the fight with? Were you knocked down before coldsnap expired and it maybe killed you quickly before the glaive charges reset? I have at random noticed my Corvus will take coldsnap damage when he shouldn’t as well but never to that extent. Genuinely curious what happened there.

I only used Corvus to build 3 charges because I brought him in for this fight. Between 70 and 80% health and very confident against iceman. Was a high rank, high sig, so I’d lost half my health before he even touched me

That sucks. Seems like an intermittent bug. I’ve had it happen once on that node and once on the spite node on path 9. Never in EQ or arenas though.
