Egregious exploit of rewards - Laughable

Kabam once again proves they are nothing more than whining school yard kid with the "I'm taking my ball and going home" mentality!

Seriously??? unfair advantage? Tipping the scales of the contest in my favour? I did nothing out of the norm for me. After finishing heroic, master, and normal 100% I proceeded to continue on and 100 % beginner! Now I noticed that I was receiving rewards for completing normal 100% EVERY path on beginner! But so what? They'll just take them back, I thought to myself! (And laughed at the same time). We all know Kabam is concerned about the integrity of the game, the well being of all! Right? Which is why EVERY time there is a glitch in AQ which causes problems for the players, you know.... Parry not working or the famous double evade bug! This causing players to spend units, resources and of course MONEY!!! You know Kabam is going to make it right, right? Yes, 30 min timers!!! Nicely done! How about refunding the summoner's money or items or units??? NO? Why not? I never needed resources to complete AQ before this bug! Ah, Right, it's a business, bottom line it's all about the dollar bills! So when something happens in game to the players disadvantage....... it's all good! But when it's a glitch going the other way, well ..... they act like I kicked in kabams front door, ran straight to the 3* venom closet and grabbed 13 and took off, grabbing a t4b and some 4* shards that were just lying around on the way out! Oh and I love the threat of being permanent banned! Because 13 3* venoms tipped the scale in my favour! 315k rating in game, 12 5/50 4*'s, and they HAVE to have their 3* venoms back! LAUGHABLE!!!!

Nicely done Kabam! You may have just annoyed me for the last time!

Well I didn't do anything "wrong". I just completed my quests. I never bought energy to run paths over and over! Just used energy, and I even stated that I knew they would take them back! And it's not the point I was making! Ya I shouldn't have got the rewards, I know this, my point is that when a glitch is in the favour of the player kabam is quick to take it back! But when it's vice versa it's , oh well!

so let me ask you this. Say, you went to the store to buy a bottle of coke. Instead of a $1 bill you give the shopkeeper a $100 bill and walk away. later on, when you realize your mistake would you go back and demand rest of the change or you would let him/her keep it?

No one is saying you did anything wrong. But you possess something that is not lawfully yours.

Again, you're missing the point! I'm not bothered about the rewards. I'm bothered with the fact that they were quick to take all the rewards back! But where is the compensation for the bugs of late! When the game isn't up to par and causing people to use resources or spend units that they normally wouldn't have had to spend? That's my beef!

Do you care at all that you getting undeserved/unearned rewards gives you an advantage over OTHER PLAYERS? You're not screwing kabam, you're screwing honest players. Have some integrity.

I truly agree with you on this one is that game isn't running as it should be. But then again you wouldn't post this if kabam hadn't taken those rewards away.

I for sure as frustrated as you are about the current state of the game.

I don't get it, what are you complaining about then? There's no penalty for you playing the quests, once they take the rewards away it will be like you played them normally.

Fair is Fair right. Consider this: If you go to Tim Hortons and order a small Iced Capp and the employee messes up and somehow gives you a large Iced Capp and then realizes that you ordered a small Iced Capp, the employee would understand his mistake and let you keep the large Iced Capp out of generosity. Doing this inversely: You go to Tim Hortons and you order a Chocolate Chill, which you usually don't order, and the employee, remembering your last visits, gives you a Iced Capp with chocolate whipped cream and you walk away thinking its a Chocolate Hill and when you realize that it is not what you ordered and go back to Tim Hortons, and tell the employee pr manager about the mistake, they would let you keep the Iced Capp and also give you what you ordered, your Chocolate Chill and maybe, depending on their generosity, give you an extra donut or something cause it was their fault. Its a different story if you come one day and steal their Iced Capps and Chocolate Chills... Where they would call the police or something and ask for the money that the drinks were worth... What Kabam does is the total opposit of this. First scenorio: they would take back the large Iced Capp and give you the small Iced Capp or make you pay the difference between the small and the large Iced Capp... 2: They would either tell you to keep the Iced Capp that they mistakenly gave you and not give you your Chocolate Chill or take the rest of the Iced Capp back, make you a Chocolate Chill and ask for money for the Iced Capp you drank, thinking it was a Chocolate Chill... 3: Call the Police, charge you for the stolen drinks, sue you for stealing, make you go to jail, and never let you back in in any Tim Hortons restaurant...
Difference is that Kabam is stingy and don't care about us, the customers... while Tim Hortons care about us, the customers and don't mind giving us something just to keep us as a customer...

There is no way in hell you didn't know what you were doing. If you got 13 Venoms, you were well aware of what you were doing and exploiting the rewards.

It's not a glitch in favor of players. It's a glitch that hurts honest players. To me, this was a glitch that if Kabam let it go, would hurt me so to me it's a glitch against players.

The parry thing i can't speak to since i don't have that issue, but the double evade bug affected everyone equally. You didn't have an advantage over other players because of it the way you did in this situation. If all players are randomly given 10 T4B that's fine, if 30% are given it that's not fine

Some people experience certain bugs: like Samsung usually experiences bugs that Iphoners don't and sometimes Vice-Versa. I didn't experience the double evade bug. Does that mean that I had an advantage over players that did experience it or do they have disadvantage over players because they are experiencing it... Means that Kabam took back the rewards that supposedly gave us an "advantage" over the game... and didn't give us our items back because we had a "disadvatage" over other players. If fairs is fair then the best thing to do is if I am experiencing the double back evade bug then everyone should. Whoever isnt, they should be BANNED cause they have an "advantage" over us... If I can't double evade then neither should my aw opponents be able to do this on their attack team and get free D kill points that would have made us win if it hadn't occured. Because we are experiencing the bug, it is tipping the favours to our aw opponents alliance, meaning they SHOULD BE BANNED for having an advantage over us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

3 - my issue isn't with the rewards, or that they took them back!

My issue is this, the double evade bug made players spend units resources and money they "normally" wouldn't have! So when that happens, why isn't kabam quick to rectify that? Why are they not refunding people's resources? Units? Money? .......

That stuff just doesn't bother me even 1% of how much giving certain players unfair advantages bothers me. Just can't care enough about that 1 bug that made me spend an occasional potion in AQ

This is just a MUCH bigger negative against certain players then the double evade bug so I would hope they fix it quicker

Doesnt bother you @danielmath cause you must not be used to double evading a lot but other people do... Some people have the habit of double evading against certain champs which causes them to use more, a lot more, revives/potions than you might have used because of that... I don't mind using one or 2 extra revives/potions if I know the game is being fair/ equal to everyone. The people that are not experiencing this bug MUST BE BANNED for having an edge over people that are...

One problem does not justify another. It's different when it's something they can isolate server-side and respond to. It's another issue entirely when they have ongoing bugs that are varied between occurrences and devices. It has very little to do with benefitting Players/Kabam. It's what they have control over and what they don't. Things have to be isolated to be dealt with. When there are two different builds on two different platforms, that's a challenge. It's the server that generates Rewards and thus, it's easier to identify. Bottom line is, people didn't deserve said Rewards and exploits are high on the list of things that are not tolerated.

I did have the double evade and it was super annoying, as i was running voodoo in aq during that time. I just don't get bothered by things that affect everything and as far as i know that bug affected everyone. I did use more potions because of it but so did everyone else so it didn't screw anyone over.
